Introducing.....

Nenny Hemi!
She is red and weighs a ton haha!!
And we will be her proud owners in 36 months! Man I hate car loans! I would rather go to the OB and then to the dentist than have a car payment. But I will admit this is a really nice jeep.
Our insurance company has been fantastic and we are being paid well over what we thought we were going to get. Apparently in a total loss situation it is not blue book they go by but sellers market . This was a huge surprise and blessing!!!

Two Steps Forward and One Giant Step Backward!

We heard from our insurance company about our Liberty and it has been totaled. Bitter sweet, that was the first big thing Gary and I ever bought together. It was a great car and we took really good care of it. It bought both my sweet babies home from the hospital. I am sure it would have lasted a really long time. We should find out sometime next week how much our insurance company will be paying us out.

Poor Gary had a fun morning. On his way home from work the transmission on his jeep blew. He has such a good attitude he was so tired but stayed up trying to figure out if its something he can fix or not. We are still not sure if he can fix this or not. Poor guy will work tonight and we shall see if he can learn more tomorrow. We may just need to get him a new car as well!

Good news is we did bring our new Grand home. That is exciting! We needed some fun news! It's a beautiful car with leather seats, sunroof, navigation and a DVD system. This jeep will be fun to drive across country and we are looking forward to paying on it for the next 36 months! :)

We are so thankful for my parents for looking after Lilly and Owen and taking them on dates today. Dad is going to take and pick up Gary from work tonight and tomorrow morning until we can get insurance on the new car. Gary and I are so thankful for them and love them so much for always helping us. I just hope dad does not make me a "How I Have Helped You All Your Life List" like he made Ted.... :)
We are blessed to have so many people love us and care for us. God is truly amazing. In all situations He never ceases to amaze me of His glory and grace. Never once have Gary and I felt alone in this. And even though these situations are not all rectified we have seen countless blessing poured upon us by His faithfulness.

Our Lord is truly God of All. I pray that all my family and friends continue to seek His greatness and know that no matter what Gods timing is perfect and right.

I promise to take pictures tomorrow of the jeep inside and out! But here is one to tide everyone over!

Never I'm a singer and well gross!

Yes but they are Gary's. I am not a fan of guns.

Only while being weighed!

I think they are great at ball games.

Oh geez just one song? I love music. Anything from Broadway to Dave Matthews, country. Worship music is my favorite and I guess I can pretty much say With Everything from Hillsong is probably my all time favorite to sing. My worship team does a fantastic job with this song.

Tomato juice!

lol, the girl kind....

Don't think so!

My wedding ring and my camel necklace my maw-maw and paw-paw got me in Saudi Arabia

Oh man my mind runs 20 different directions at a time! I'm trying to figure out what to wear tomorrow and how excited I am to sing with my friends Kelly and Dustin next week! They are my favorite to sing with! And how I need to get my nails painted!

I don't really hate. But I am not a fan of our political leaders and government officials.


22) Do you spend Christmas with family?
Yes! I really wish we all lived closer but this year Teddy Steph and Allie were home with my folks it's a huge blessing to share that time with them. Now Wyoming just need to fall off the map and everyone else could be here too!

I am pretty sure it happened while I was sleeping!

In church singing! I would sing every weekend if they needed me too!

Yes and we are beyond blessed with family, best friends and a just unbelievable church! Our children are blessed to grow up in such a melting pot. Gary and I have great jobs and love our home and the schools!
So yes love where we live!

3 the one in our room is broken. I just have to rearrange to get rid of it. We are really not TV people. Eventually the one in our man room will be the only TV in the house!

29 and 72 months!

Oh crap! I turned 35 today! Here are some of my milestones.
I sit up.
Walk.
Run when being chased.
I Love to talk and sing.
I do great with solid foods.
Yup potty trained!
I sleep through the night more often than not.
Great at changing conversations.
Great at hiding from my family.
Not sure of my weight percentile and pretty sure I don't want to know!
And contrary to popular belief I have a small head it's just all the enormousness amounts of hair!
I love Jesus, my family,friends, bedtime and singing on the worship team!
I think I am right on track!!


I had lots of phone calls and emails from family and friends. And my sweet Lilly and Owen got me my very own hot wheels! My mom made me a special dinner and Gary made a special trip to Baskin Robbins for my very favorite ice cream cake.
I am so thankful for all the phone calls and emails! I feel so loved.
God is good and I can't wait to live out this next year!

Murray Boots!

The shoe fairy is real! I promise there is no shoe stores in Murray Idaho! Yet this amazing pair if boots found me there. Chicken fried stake yes shoes no!! Wanted to show my sister in law my boots!
I got myself together and went to church! I just put a hot patch on my kidney and off we went. Still not yellow so I take that as a plus!! :)

Relax...

Gary and I have been on vacation this week. We had all kinds of fun things planned for the kids. We wanted to head to Breck and play in the snow, bowling and catch a movie. Well....
None of this happened. I have a horrible kidney infection. I am so sick I can barely move. I spent most of this week laying around. I went back to the doctor Thursday and they gave me yet another dose of antibiotic and scheduled a CT scan for next week. What a wast of a vacation. It's almost over I go back to work Monday morning. Sick or not I have to go.
I am going to get myself all put together here in a few so we can go to church tonight. Church always makes me feel better. I am super good at pretending I feel ok as long as my hair and makeup is done!! :) As long as I can keep my fever away I am getting out and going!! This relaxing sitting still thing is killing me!! I figure as long as I am not turning yellow I am doing okay!! :)

Update on our New Jeep!

It's a girl and it has a hemi, navagation, leather seats, a DVD system, sunroof and best of all butt warmers! We know its a girl because she will not turn off her check engine light. She is being difficult but it should be corrected soon. So this madness will come to an end eventually. Looks like our insurance adjuster has a tentative appointment to see my sweet little liberty on Jan 24th. Oh well that's my jeep post for the day! I'll keep everyone posted. Please keep the officer that had to shoot this young man in your prayers, yes he did the right thing but the burden of taking another's life must be very hard to endure.

Okay Princess!

Lilly was chosen for the role of Cinderella at school. I think she is taking her role way to serious.... Nice tiara Lilly Grace! Not going to lie I love every second of this!

Peace

One of my all time favorite parts of Christmas is reflecting on how we have changed as a family. We have done so much this year to our home. We painted the outside and did some really pretty landscaping. We laid down new flooring in the dining room, kitchen and powder room. Painted and made an awesome man room/movie theater and got/given new furniture for the man room and living room.
In all the work that we have done as a family we were taught a very valuable lesson. Things mean nothing! It's easy to say, it's easy to teach our kids to say but it's another to actually see and feel it. This year our community suffered a ginormous amount of loss in the Waldo Canyon fire. Our west side of town will never be the same. More than three hundred families lost their homes. But it was just stuff, people are rebuilding and starting over. Some people will think my next statement is very strange. I am thankful to God our jeep was stolen. This was a huge lesson for Gary the kids and myself. We learned that God gives and God takes away. It was just a car but in all this a life was also lost. Another lesson for us in obeying and doing the right things. We are thankful and say okay Jesus what's next!
I take detailed pictures of our home every year. Mostly to see how we have changed year to year and insurance purposes! Here are a few pictures of our home and how the kiddos have grown over the year.

FYI: I had a friend that lost everything in her home during the fire this summer. She told everyone she knew she was so blessed that her husband took pictures once a year of every thing they owned. Detailed pictures of closets, drawers jewelry boxes. This helped them tremendously with their insurance claim!
