We could explore and enjoy this amazing creation all day! We are blessed to live in such a beautiful area with plenty of hiking. I'm so happy the weather is changing and summer is on the horizon! 

We spent several hours stomping around Manitou Lake and exploring. Love this time with my kids! 

One of Each!

Gary and I truly adore these two! They are great kids. They have their moments of driving us crazy but those moments are few and far between. They both have really good hearts and we could not be prouder of all the do! 

Lilly is all girl and Owen is all boy.  Today I was able to capture Lilly being all girl and Owen being all boy!  :)

God is so abundantly amazing, His mercy is new everyday! Gary and I have made some incredible changes in our lives and each change brings us closer and closer to our Jesus! We could not be more thankful for great workplaces that do sound honorable business. This is Gary's last week on nights! Yay! We are so ready. Not only is this his last week on nights but he is being promoted to a manager. These changes we have made will allow for more family time and more time to serve God. I'm getting ready to teach a new class at church called Crazy Love and Gary is looking forward to returning to Church Security full time. We also are going to start our very own Haynes Family devotional that I'm writing just for us. We are going to start making a devotional that will include pictures of our family outings and special moments! 

Praise God for his unfailing love! 

Everyday on my lunch hour I choose to spend that time with Christ. I have been blessed with an amazing view of His creation! Here are some pictures of my daily walks with God, the fat bunny that joins me and my new office space!

Kidding! This is nothing compaired to the incline. Hopefully this summer I will be able to make it to the top of the incline without dying! :) 

Longing For Summer!

It's no secrete that I'm ready for summer hiking, picnics and sipping tea in my reading spot. Oh how I'm longing! 

We could not stand another indoor weekend so we bundled up and went hiking through Garden of the Gods. It really was a beautiful day. We are blessed with many mild winter days here in the Springs so really I should not be complaining... But nothing beats our summer nights! 

My Pook

Gary is such a good man! He brought me coffee Friday morning after working all night and taking the kids to school! Love him so much! I'm not sure what Owen and Gary were watching but I'm sure it was rotten, and then playing Princess Palace Pets with his little princess. 

Such a Great Kid

Lilly teaches me to be a better person. Tonight at church she got to babysit a sweet little 3 year old girl while I was singing and her parents were serving. Lly was amazing and kind and just all grown up! 

Usually after church we grab a bite to eat on the way home. Lilly gets the same thing at every restaurant, a side salad, no tomato and ranch dressing. And then she holds me accountable for what I order! I adore this little girl and hold on to every ounce of her needing me and treasure it. I know all to soon she will be all grown up. 

I Love My Weekends

I love my husband and kids and I can't believe how much I missed when I was working in our service centers. The freedom I have right now is an abundant blessing! 

I adore watching these two play and just love each other! 

Waiting

Owen and I were waiting for a prescription. When I let him pretend to drive. He is such a little nut! I asked him where he was taking me and he said the beach, getting out of the cold weather!

After our school and work day Lilly spent the night with my parents and Owen, Gary and I made fondue! It was fabulous!

I love these pictures! Gary and Lilly were having problems with Lilly's algebra...That's right 3rd grade Algebra! And the engineer had no clue what this question was asking. They ended up writing a note to the teacher on his web page and he call us right away! It was pretty cool, that he personally called and gave us some guidence. Owen on the other hand was happily at the other end if the table working away!

Oh My it's Cold

It has been freezing, more so than normal. I am frozen and am not sure when I'll be thawed out, if ever! I'm longing for summer and keep imagining cool summer breezes while sitting on my front porch! Until then I will keep praying June comes quickly!
