A Little Thought

Blizzard
We had a blizzard bomb cyclone thing happen... It was quite crazy. Our fence blew down and we lost a tree. Parts of our neighbors roof blew away and unfortunately there were several deaths. Over 500 cars were stranded on Woodmen alone, the winds reached 95 miles an hour it was crazy. I really thought the house moved to Kansas. We were thankful to be in our little house. Such a great reminded of God and His power. I have zero pictures of that day but it’s in our memories for sure.
End of Basketball
Owen has a great season! And is now obsessed with college basketball... March Madness has taken my baby.

Dates
Oh how I love my husband! We are not sappy love people but we really have a great love and life together. Valentine’s Day was last week and we just don’t celebrate it. We just don’t... However, we have learned the value of the little things like a quick hike together, or grabbing coffee while grocery shopping alone. So romantic :)
My Friend
When you have a beautiful sister in Christ like this mighty woman of God, you know you are blessed. I love her so much, love moments of hiking and praying and solving the worlds problems. Really, everyone should just consult is :) lol.. we are our own SLT and tiny gang.
Pastor Cory
I took this random picture of PC in between services lol... I’m not sure why he is hiding or sitting here but I must admit Cory has become one of my favorite people. He is a passionate Worship Pastor and has become such a great friend. Gary and I are so thankful God brought he and Michelle here. I look forward to our weekends of worshiping together.
Pastor Lavon
Pastor Lavon is an amazing man of God. I love working for him. However, never leave your phone un-supervised around him, lol...
Aunties
My sweet friend Kristen and I love our little worship baby Luca! This little man is so loved!
Coffee, Books and Japanese Food
We had a family date weekend. I love my people! My kids are masters at chopsticks, me not so much. I’m completely not sophisticated. I’m okay with that.
My Little Baller
Owen is in basketball heaven. It’s so fun to see him come alive on the court. His best friend and him are on two different teams this year but got to play together for a game. I love the relationship those two have, and have mixed feelings watching them grow up. Owen has quite the fan section at his games, including a little groupie of girls.. I wish their parents would keep them home. :) Owen’s coach is an amazing woman and we are so thankful for how she is teaching and leading the boys this year.
My Mini
Not only do I love this girl I really like her. She is smart funny and completely her own! She is fun to be around and completely likeable. We had a date to see the BTS movie. I’m kinda crushing on them. I’m only about 14 years older... Lilly loves them and if I could afford to take her to a concert in LA we would be on a plane in a heartbeat. We are currently praying they add a stop in Denver! We also had to watch them on the Grammys... BTS was great but what garbage that show is, it was a great learning lesson for Lilly as to why we don’t act or live like the the world.

So Proud
Gary is an amazing man of God, he is so willing to do anything for us. He especially likes to see me happy and I love this about him. We have big God dreams of moving to the mountains and living happily ever after with snow in the winter and wildflowers in the summer. Since Gary has been incredibly supportive of me chasing my dreams at Radiant it was beyond time I support him in a slight career change. Gary spent 16 years with Relius Medical Engineering and realized our mountain dreams my not come true if we don’t change our income. God has always provided for us above and beyond. We want to give way more than we have ever given this year and the majority of what we plan to give is a good majority of my salary. We believe that God makes a way where we are blind to the way. Giving is so important to us and our walk with God. Gary felt a strong calling this past summer to start looking for a new position. He had several job offers that were amazing opportunities but all were located on the east coast and then we believe our own personal miracle happened! Gary was offered a position with Keysight Engineering Technology. This is going to allow us to live on a single income!! Yahoo!! So we can give how God excepts is to give! Also.. The location of his new job is on the west side!! Just a short drive to our future mountain! So thankful for how God makes a way! 2019 is going to be a massive change for us!
Eclipse
Our whole family is obsessed with space and the universe. There is just so much we don’t know. There is so much more that God has created that we may never see. I’m praying that Lilly and Owen get to travel and see and explore and experience LIFE!! We stood in our driveway freezing watching the Wolf Blood Moon. One day I am going to own a good camera so I can capture these moments more clearly.
