Windy Corners

When my grandparents built this home my paw-paw put a sign above the garage doors that said Windy Corners. After many years of hanging in the Colorado wind it needed some major work. When we painted the house this time around Gary took down the sign to fix it up. He put a huge amount of oil on it and painted the letters with the original color of the house. I think this sign is the only thing left here that belonged to my grandparents. Sad in a way. I look back at old pictures and can see that my style has definitely consumed our home. I often think about what my Maw-maw would say if she could see all the color and changes.....Come to think of it I probably don't want to know what she would have thought!!! :)
