Something New

I lost something very sacred to me. It was a journal, I won’t lie I even shed some tears over losing it. This perticular journal was started many years ago and inside it was every worship set list and my prayers over the worship and media team. For those of you who know me well, know my calling and heart for worshipping my King. It’s my biggest honor to be called to sing to my savior and lead others in praise. I can remember as a little girl driving by Radiant Church and seeing all the flags outside and thinking I am going to sing to Jesus there. I'm still in disbelief  that I work at Radiant Church! Today marks the start of a new entry, new set and new prayers for this worship and media team for this season. I was given a new journal from my sweet friend Natacha  for my birthday. How beautiful that this journal is covered in butterflies, which means resurrection and new life and how timely that tonight I am leading worship with one of my best friends, the beautiful Melissa Rohrer and its her very first time. Melissa also happens to love butterflies. Today I am praying new life, new breath, fresh anointing and hearts united in passion and praise over my sweet worship family. I pray we enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Giving thanks to Him; and blessing His name in pure humility.

New Year

There is no other people on the planet that I love more than Gary, Lilly and Owen. We had so much fun on New Year’s Eve! I am the UNO champ and the kids had us in hysterics playing big mouth!

My Office

Have I ever mentioned that I like my job? I was blessed with some sweet pictures for Christmas and did some redecorating of my office.

Estes Park

We took a little day trip to Estes Park. The dog loved the snow. However our plans were a little derailed because it was incredibly windy. It was absolutely freezing. We are outdoors people and can handle the cold but it was pretty bad when all four of us opted for a short hike and got coffee in town instead.

(Backup) My Pets

I literally have the prettiest kitty ever and our puppy is spaz! They are the best additions to our family!

Christmas

We had probably the sweetest and most simple Christmas yet. Christmas Eve was spent at church. And Christmas morning with family and Christmas night just the four of us. We do not give each other tons of gifts rather we have found such enjoyment in traditions leading up to Christmas and give through Compassion and United Way. I for one was in momma heaven for the last two weeks. My heart is so full.

Dates

Gary and I are beyond fortunate that we have two mostly responsible kids that like and can be left home every once in a while. Over the last two weeks Gary and I have shopped, coffeed and sushied together. I love him, he makes me happy, I’m so thankful for my little family.

Spring Break

I’m morning Spring Break... We had such a great time from movies to Denver and Salida. Thankful summer is right around the bend.
