Hi Ladies!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I wanted to let you all know that our group of vocalist have been so heavy on my heart. This weekend as I prayed over the congregation I prayed for an evangelizing tongue, for each person in our congregation who is passionately following Christ to lead souls to the perfect gift in Christ Jesus, His salvation and His eternity this Christmas season. These words were not my own but something placed on my own tongue and in my heart by Jesus. We, as worship leaders are the troops that go before the Army! We lead the way playing our instruments, singing, shouting and dancing joyfully before the Lord. We have been called to worship, be the hands and feet of Jesus and His billboard. We have an incredible amount of responsibility as very visible leaders to lead the way. I hear the passion each of you have for Christ as you worship on the platform but our job as leaders in our church and this community go far beyond the platform! I want to encourage you this Christmas Season, this season that celebrates the birth of our Savior to seek out the LOST! It's time to bring in the harvest and we have been called to minister and bring the lost that are seeking to the Truth! My prayer for the last two days is that each of us is uncomfortable, being called out by God Himself to pay attention to that still small voice, to drop everything we are doing and hear HIM! Praying He will lead us directly to those in need of salvation, in our families, work places, coffee shops, grocery stores, where ever it may be. We have been afforded by God an incredible opportunity with our extra services to bring people to hear the Truth spoken at Radiant! This evening Lilly and I had the opportunity to pray over and invite a sweet lady who was overwhelmed in Hobby Lobby. It's Him we need to hear above the noise of the worldly version of Christmas. Let seek the lost and lead them to the greatest gift, salvation! 💗Jen
