Owen And His Sleeping Problems

I thought I was safe to take a shower and do my hair without interruptions. Those of you who know me know my bathroom is my spa/sanctuary! Anyway Gary was doing some work in his shop and the babies had been asleep for about an hour, or so I thought! I came out to find my little man in the middle of our bed just hanging out! He is all ways so happy to see me. So he and I hung out and read some books and then he looked at me and said nite nite and left! Blanket and all!

Little Moments, Just Enjoy

Bed time can sometimes be rushed around here. And I think that is sad. Lilly and Owen are such a joy and all ways so happy. At the end of a long day I and Gary sometimes rush prayers and kisses only to to try and find some well needed quiet and alone time. Since Owen has been moved into a little man bed we make sure after prayers Lilly is all tucked in first so Owen can see she is in bed and he, if we are lucky stays put. Owen started to give Lilly kisses a couple of days ago and I just adore their love for one another. After a long day this is great testimony to our long days. Slow down and enjoy the little moments!

Just A Little Update

Just a Little Update!

We have a good couple of weeks. I can't seem to express the joy Gary and I have found at Radiant Church. I just can not say enough about how silly we were to think that church would take away from family time. Gary and I have found the complete opposite. We are starting our first class together this Sunday called Radiant 101. I have not been baptized and this is something I have desired for many years. Gary is looking into joining the Security Team and I have all ready talked to the Worship Pastor. After my priority of being Baptized I will set up an audition, to sing praise to the Lord! Lilly is being moved to a new class this up coming weekend, and Owen is loving all the play and attention in his class. Gary and I have all ways been very passionate in our Faith. I can not tell my family and friends how wonderful it is to be able to pray with my loved ones. I have a link on our site to Radiant check it out!

Who Needs A Intercom System When You Have Heat Vents!!!!

Lilly and Owen have discovered they can talk to each other in different rooms through the heat vents. They are such a mess! God Love Them!

A Family That Prays Together Stay's Together

Gary and I both have been longing to go to back to church for a long time. We became a little lazy on Sundays liking to sleep in and just hang out at home. Of course after the babies were born the whole sleeping thing went away! Gary and I have great faith in the Lord and there is nothing we want more for the kids than for them to know the wonders of God. We have found a fantastic place to worship at Radiant Church here in the Springs. We had an exciting first day meeting all kinds of great and welcoming people. Lilly and Owen did fantastic considering we really don't ever leave them. Lilly went to a place called the Fox Hole and Owen the Duck Pond. Lilly was excited to see us after the service and Owen wanted to stay and play. After church we stopped by my folks house to visit for a few before Owen decided he really needed a nap!

Owen's New Little Man Bed!

Well my little man now has a real bed. I don't think I was prepared for getting rid of the crib. He looks so small in this huge bed. He was really excited and all day he was saying mine mine talking about his bed. Lilly was the good big sister and showed Owen how to jump and break in the new mattress. Oh well just the many mile stone my babies are going to make and just one of the many time I will cry watching them grow!

Oh My Gosh Where Is Lilly

So Gary and I just had a MAJOR heart attack! After I watched a very important episode of the Real Housewives of Orange County I decided to head to bed. I stopped in Lilly's room to give her a kiss only to find she was not there! I ran to our room looking for her and screaming to Gary I can't find Lilly. We ran in to Owens room and found both of them sound asleep. Lilly has never snuck in Owens room before and climbed in his little crib. I tell you if this is any slight indication of what is to come I am going to have a serious head of gray hair!
