Modesty is a subject very close to my heart. And I believe empowering both my kids with the knowledge of respect and dignity. I see many parents are so worried about being friends with their children they have forgotten their God given duty to parent. As a parent it is my responsibility to teach my kids and empower them to make good choices. It breaks my heart that parents don't care enough about their children to dress them appropriately. I am not Lilly and Owens friend. Gary and I are their loving, caring, and proud parents and we will TRAIN OUR KIDS IN THE WAY THEY SHALL GO AND WHEN THEY ARE OLD WE PRAY IN JESUS NAME THEY WILL NOT DEPART FROM IT!
Lilly and Owen are so loved by our Gracious Lord, its so hard to wrap my head around the fact that God loves my kids more than I do. Gary and I have been given a responsibility to teach our children to have dignity for themselves and others. My job as a parent is to make sure Lilly and Owen know their worth. They are worth more than gold in the eyes of God. They are so special. And when I leave this earth my kids will know their worth is so much more that what society thinks is okay.

Yes yes yes!!!! I have been witness to teen and preteen girls in inappropriate swimwear. And funny enough it's not the swimsuit it's their behavior. Girls don't sit or act like ladies. If we would only teach manners we would not even have this conversation. Also teach boys what a real women is and have respect for her girls need to know their worth as well as boys be gentlemen.
