OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH Owen!

So we were all ready to leave this morning for church and what do I find?????? Owen eating a green marker. He is so funny I can't even scold him with out laughing! He just kind of looks at me like what, I didn't do anything! Oh well the green mouth went with his new black eye. I guess boys will be boys.

Out with Swinter and in with Swing??

We are under a blizzard warning until noon tomorrow! Funny how less than a week ago we were having a picnic up Rampart. Lilly insisted that she put on her snow suit to check the mail! I guess March is leaving us like a Lion!

Family Night at The Little Gym

Lilly was really excited to have all of us especially her Obers join in the fun of her class. She all ways does such a great job I even got her doing her flip on the bars. Owen had a great time playing, even thou his big sister is a little over protective! I love that they love each other! They all so gave us water floats for one of the activities however my family chose to beat each other with them! Those are my people God I love them!

Our Sunday

We had a great day. We started our day at Church. We are all most done with the book of ACTS. Gary and I really have enjoyed this series. After Church we decided to run home and change real quick, switch jeeps and go up Rampart. The kids love the big jeep and we all needed the fresh air. I even had the chance to shoot a little. The first and more than likely the last time. FYI I broke a nail but Teddy will be impressed!

This whole diet thing would be so much easier if God would just make me wake up skinny! I am not really sure if I am that thankful for answered prayers. I need a cookie!

Gary's move Is Done

Gary's office finally is finished moving. I took the kids to visit him today and of course we brought him some coffee! Any way this building is way closer to home, his drive is maybe ten minutes. This is great we can visit him at lunchtime more often. He is all ways impressed that I have the camera! HA HA!!!

Gary's Hobbies

Gary is a Machinist he has been working in this field for a good ten years now. He works for a company that engineers and customs builds medical parts for trauma patients, and parts for prosthetics. So if you have ever had a brain injury or prosthetic you may have a part built by Gary. He loves to give my dad a hard time because he has had double knee replacements. Gary is all way telling him that he has a little piece of him inside all ways! Any way his job can be a little stressful with all the regulations and time restraints that they can be under so to relax he has a shop outback and he builds things. He has built jewelery boxes and lots of my shelving and a couple of summers ago he built our deck,patio furniture and some benches. He likes to tell my dad that his deck is bigger! It's kind of amazing that they actually like one another! Any way his latest stress reliever is a truck for Owen I thought is would be fun to post some pictures. He is supposed to be working on my china cabinet......... I am still waiting!

Date Night With Sarah

Sarah and I went out together for the first time in all most two years! Don't get me wrong we see each other all the time but that is because our families get together pretty often. I love how she has the same understanding of family. She totally gets the fact that I am a wife and mother first and everything else is second. A couple of years ago I joined a MOPS group. For the most part I really enjoyed the biblical message and spending time with my best friends and sister in law. However there was this underlying message of poor mommy needing a break. I just kept saying HELLO that is what the bathroom is for:-)! I wanted to be a wife and a mother and I am thankful for all the responsibilities that come with it. Sarah totally gets me. We were made for each other!

Happy 4th Birthday Allie Bear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Allie!Allie's party was at Chucky Cheese. The kids loved it. This time last year Teddy was in Iraq so we were happy he was home. Gary had to work but more than made up for it with the monster lolly pop! Brett Townsend and his wife Crystal and new baby boy Spencer were also there. Teddy and I have know Brett for over twenty years. WOW that is crazy!Allies friend Julian and his mom also came they are neighbors of Teddy and Steph's. Mom and Dad got their exercise chasing the kids all over. We had a great time and are going to miss these days when Ted,Steph and Allie are transferred this summer to Germany. We may miss them but we sure will like the beer they send!
