Weight Loss

I have not done a weight loss post in several weeks so I thought I would give a quick little update. I have officially lost fifty pounds. The last ten pounds really took several weeks to loose. I was stuck for several weeks at the same weight, that was incredibly frustrating. I seem to be back on track and losing one to two pounds a week. I have changed my exercise routine just a bit. First thing in the morning six days a week I do a thirty minute high intensity Jillian Michaels video. I have a fifteen minute break in the morning at work and I walk up this hill real quick.  I continue to walk on my lunch hour for about forty five minutes with 20lbs of weights, 5lbs of hand and ankle weights, and then another quick run up the hill on the last 15 minute break of the day. I have dropped my workout in the evening, because of the pure fact we have too much homework and reading going on! Eating wise I am no longer fasting, I think my body was not enjoying it at all and was hanging onto the weight. I am now eating a good protein breakfast, a small veggie lunch, fruit for an afternoon snack and then dinner with my family. It’s working my weight is starting to come off again. I’m looking forward to the day that I can write I have officially lost 100 pounds! But for now I made my half way goal and it's a huge blessing!

Spring Break
