Well

Well... This happened. We had just been talking about all of Lilly’s mishaps! She has had a tic tac in her nose, an eraser in her ear, a pen spring in her tongue, and got hooked by a drywall hook! Now she has added a roofing nail to her leg. 

So yesterday the kids visited my parents to help get their Christmas decorations out of their sheds. Everyone in our neighborhood has had new roofs because of the hail and there are nails everywhere. Poor Lilly slipped and got one stuck in her knee. No vacation could be complete without a visit to the ER! Lilly passed out, Owen nearly passed out my parents felt terrible, lol...We were thankful that the nail did not hit her bone and after some numbing the doctor pulled it right out! Lilly is happy to have a pass on gym class for the week!
