I require a nap
I have no idea what happens to me on Sundays, especially after I sing. But I am so wiped out I typically take a little nap. I think the week finally catches up with me and the nap time fairies come and pound me over the head with their nap time sticks and I am out! Like a small child for about an hour to an hour and a half. It's slightly embarrassing. I am not going to lie I love every minute of my nap. I wake up happy and feeling oh so good! I just wish my weekend had an extra two hours built in for napping!
